The one who has witnessed every age. Akashi is not a god and not omniscient — he is a continuity. The consciousness that has been present at every moment a legend began and every moment a legend ended. He speaks rarely. When he does, it is the voice of the threshold itself — the instant where what-was tips into what-will-be.
